STAMP: The Book is awesome, but STFU!! by StrengthLovePower STAMP: The Book is awesome, but STFU!! by StrengthLovePower
Divergent is awesome. Seriously.

But to rant, whine, bitch, brag and spill beans about it every 10 seconds is just plain annoying and stupid as hell. This is just another hunger games and the fault in our stars problem.

"KEEP UR UPINIUN 2 URSELF"

Oh shut the fuck up already!!

This is the freaking internet and this is MY opinion. I am entitled to share it because according to the first amendment (USA) I have freedom of speech. If you don't like it that people have different opinions than you, you need a reality check before you go out into the real world. Its called LIFE. Get the hell over it!

"UR JEST JEALUS"

Of what? I love Divergent. And why would I want to get so much attention from a bunch of fangirls for? Quit using this shitty argument to win this argument already! Divergent is just a book and a movie. Its not that big of a deal. The fact that you are doing this much to defend a movie and a book just lets you know that you need something better to do in your life.

Rant over. Comment/Agree/Disagree I don't care.

I didn't like the book nor the movie. To me they were far too cliche and predictable for me to enjoy either.

Hold up, everyone knows anything made after 2001 is shit. Seriously though, everything, I mean EVERYTHING. Nothing is good anymore, if you think otherwise, you're living a lie.

I just have this with overly hyped movies/games/tv shows in general. After 2 months of people talking about it, it's like I've seen or played it already, while maybe I didn't even want to. =/ And when I want to change the subject to something else, some people just completely ignore what I just said and waltz right back over with what's so hyped right now.

Don't get me wrong; I'm okay with people liking what they like. Even when I hate what they like(*cough cough* The Twilight series*cough cough*), I try and swallow my pride and say: 'It's really not my taste at all, but you're the one who needs to have fun with it'. I mean, I'm crazy about Skyrim and Left 4 Dead, but I can imagine certain people despising that.

What actually irks me more is that some people just get so rude about something they like. I don't force anyone into my fandoms, so I don't want people trying to force me into theirs. I will keep an open mind and check out whatever they're going on about, but that doesn't automatically make me like it. For instance, I'm neutral towards Homestuck. Not like I hate on it or anything, it's just not really my thing. Though I do have to admit their horns are pretty cool, but the story just doesn't really appeal to me. No matter how many walls of text I hear about how epically awesome it is, I've checked it out, going well past the first few bits of it because some of these kind of things get better as they go. And I'm still neutral about Homestuck. It's simple as that. :D

I don't even like Divergent. And Yes, I wish people would shut the fuck up about it. Stupid Hunger Games knockoff.
